STORE PICK UP

Purchases of all wine boxes/ wine crates are available for either pick up or free local shipping within a select Downtown, Central, East, and West Toronto area. Pick up is available daily from Monday to Friday, between 6PM-9PM EST, and Saturday, between 9AM-12PM EST.

Shipping is available only within Canada and currently within the following provinces:

  • Alberta
  • New Brunswick
  • Newfoundland & Labrador (NL)

All Products: Wine Boxes / Wine Crates / Merchandise/"Merch" / Art: We offer shipping on all orders for a flat fee of $20.00 CAD to most provinces, and $30.00 CAD to NL and PEI. Shipping is free for all orders with a minimum amount of $100.00 CAD pre-tax.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Wine Boxes / Wine Crates / Art: Final sale for all wine boxes/ wine crates / art, whereas no returns are accepted. If there would be any issues, the customer should communicate the issue to us promptly and we will be happy to work with the customer to reach a fair resolution.

Merchandise / ”Merch”: Returns must be accompanied by a valid receipt within 30 calendar days of pick-up/delivery. Washed or worn items will no longer be valid for return or exchange. If the item is unworn and in its original condition, we will refund the full amount, whereas the customer is responsible for any applicable shipping costs for the return.
